It was a tough day. I didn’t feel like going to my Weight Watchers Points Plus online food tracker and writing everything down. I’ve felt really great the past few days, ever since starting the plan again. I don’t know what happened today, but I feel all around tired, so maybe that’s my problem. I always have trouble sleeping, but the other night I looked at the clock and it was almost 4:00 a.m. and I wasn’t tired at all. It’s catching up to me now.
I wanted to not write my points down. I wanted to give myself a day off and eat some cheese puffs my daughter bought. But I came to my senses, tracked everything and left those cheese puffs alone. I had one organic string cheese instead. Now I’m feeling a mini victory, but I hate the fight. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.
